Just a reminder that the submission deadline for the 2015 PWM Excellence Awards is June 14 (voting will open for the Readers’ Choice winner from June 17-24).
In short:
There is no entry fee – the only thing you have to lose is a few minutes work by filling out a form. You can enter up to five projects across the five categories (Casework, Cabinets & Bookcases; Seating; Tables; Boxes & Smalls; Turnings, Carvings & Objet d’Art). The Grand Prize is $1,000, and there are five category awards and the Reader’s Choice award as well. And all winners will be featured in the November issue of the magazine.
We’ve already received pictures lots of amazing work (you can see it here), so I already know the Grand Prize will be a difficult decision – but I relish being faced with that kind of “problem.” That will be a fun day.
