Including today, there are 10 days left until Senco descends upon the Popular Woodworking Magazine shop. Ten days left for you to register for the event so you have a shot at winning some cool new tools and an exclusive tour of the Senco factory with the editors of PWM and American Woodworker.
If the thought of trying Senco’s new 21LXP pinner (and other pinners and compressors, too) before it even hits the dealer shelves isn’t enough to make you want to be there, you’ll also get to hang out with the editors of both magazines for the evening. OK, so the new pinner is really the better reason to come. But you’ll also have lots of Senco staffers there to get the answers to your questions. They’ll show you why their tools are excellent and how to get the most from them.
This is a “hands-on” event. You actually get to try the tools right there in the shop without the pressure of a salesman trying to pry your wallet out of your pocket (this is a demo and hands-on event only…there are no sales taking place at the event). Let me say that again, you get to try to tools right there in the shop on real wood performing the same types of operations you would in your own shop under the guidance of the people who design and produce some of the best air- and battery-powered nailers and pinners on the market.
There are only a few open spots left for the event. There will be pizza and refreshments plus all the cool Senco swag. You’ll also have a chance to win pinners, compressors and an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Senco factory – but only if you register and attend.
PWM is giving away lots of cool stuff too. There will be free special issues for all who attend plus we’ll be giving away some of the best CDs and DVDs available in our store – but again, only if you register and attend.

The event is next Wednesday, May 7, from 6:30-9 p.m. It is being held at 8469 Blue Ash Rd., Suite 100, Cincinnati 45236 in the Popular Woodworking Magazine shop (for directions and other information check out my previous post).
