At the conclusion of the nine part series Designing Furniture From Scratch In SketchUp I promised shop drawings. True to my word this post will provide you with the SketchUp model file, complete with all the views you need to print shop drawings. The image at left is the SketchUp rendered model.
However, I will do you one better than that; I am also providing the the shop drawings in PDF format for those of you who do not use SketchUp.
The picture at right is the matching dresser I recently completed.
These drawings are supplied as is and I take no responsibility for their accuracy. Further, this is original copyrighted work and not intended for commercial use. If you wish to build this Cherry Bedside Table on commission, or for sale in any other way, please contact me for permission first. My lawyer made me say all this.
For all the rest of you who may build this for yourself, all I ask is that you write me at jpz@srww.com if you find any mistakes in the drawings. I will correct them and post the corrections. Have fun.
